What is the best Health Insurance in Nevada?
I wish the answer was easy, but it's not, the key questions to ask in deciding what is best for you: Does your employer provide health insurance, do they pay a portion or all of your premium, what is your age, annual income, pre-existing (many people think this doesn't matter anymore, It does!) zip code, do you travel out of state, how often do you go to the doctor/dentist/ER/hospital, what's your budget. To answer the question you need an expert like us to place you in the best possible plan for you.
When can I enroll in an ACA plan in Nevada?
Historically one can enroll in an ACA plan during open enrollment which is November 1 to December 15. For 2024, If you would like your coverage to start January 1, the December 15, 2023 deadline is still in effect. An extension has been provided for enrollment through January 15, 2024, however your start date will be February 1 if you enroll between December 16, 2023 through January 15, 2024. Outside of open enrollment period you may be able to change plans if you have a qualifying event. If you are outside of these open enrollment dates and don't have a qualifing event, we can put you in a temporary or permenant plan outside of ACA. Let us know how we can help.
